The population on the West Shore is growing! With more people, comes more cars.

Colwood Council requested a study to understand street parking demands and resident expectations.

The study is intended to help the City:

  • Understanding areas where on-street parking demand is highest now, and projected to be in high demand in the future.
  • Outlining an on-street parking management framework by which residential parking and paid paring could be managed.
  • Establishing a system that matches Colwood's existing enforcement capacity and could be expanded as needed in the future.

Your input is needed to help the City understand parking, define challenges, and identify potential solutions.
