Proposed development at 360 Latoria Boulevard

District Group has submitted a rezoning application for the property at 360 Latoria Boulevard on the corner of Latoria Boulevard and Ryder Hesjedal Way next to Royal Bay Secondary School.

They propose to build 164 rental apartments in three buildings ranging in height from 4 to 6 storeys. The buildings would include approximately 500m2 of space for retail/coffee shop with 190 underground parking spaces and 8 surface parking spaces.

The proposal may include approximately 150 independent seniors dwellings.
