What does the zoning currently allow at 360 Latoria Boulevard?

The current zoning allows for 5-storey buildings at a maximum height of 15m. The applicant has requested rezoning to allow for one 6-storey building (16m).

What does the Official Community Plan (OCP) envision for this site?

The community's Official Community Plan envisions "two primary centres ... within the city" at Colwood Corners and the Seaside Village at Royal Bay. 360 Latoria is within the 'Seaside Village' designation which supports buildings up to 12 storeys.
