Park Management Plans - Havenwood & Latoria Creek Parks
With your help, the City has completed the Latoria Creek Park Management Plan and updated the Havenwood Park Management Plan. These plans will guide decision-making and amenity upgrades for park trails, connectivity, environmental conservation, park maintenance and more over the next 10 years.
Watch for Herm Williams, Outlook, and Meadow Parks management planning projects in 2023.

During Phase 2 of the Park Management Plan process for Latoria Creek Park and Havenwood Park, we're looking for your feedback on the Early Ideas that have been developed for each park. What did we get right? Is there anything missing? What are your priorities for each park? These are all questions we hope that you will answer in a questionnaire for each park. Your feedback will be used to refine the Early Ideas and generate draft concept plans and recommendations for each park.
Posters are up at each to encourage folks to learn more about the Park Management Plans and share their feedback. You'll also find us at a few events this summer (Eats & Beats on July 30, and Music in the Park at Meadow Park Green on August 26).
